Privacy Policy

Luno LLC ("Luno", "we") is a Delaware limited liability company based in the United States. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what you can do about it.

• This website: For data you send us through meetluno.ai, Luno decides what is collected and why. We are the controller of that data.

• The Luno OS platform: For data our customers put into Luno OS, the customer decides what is collected and why. The customer is the controller and Luno is the processor, acting only on the customer's instructions under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) we sign with each customer.

• Contact form: your name, email address and message. We use them to reply to you.

• Talent inquiry form: your name, work email, company (optional), the monthly salary range for the role (optional), the reason for your inquiry and your message about your hiring needs. We use them to reply to you and to discuss your hiring needs.

• IP address: when you submit a form, we read your IP address only to limit repeated submissions and prevent spam. It is kept briefly in memory and is not stored.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser). It sets cookies in your browser and does not receive your form data. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your personal data.

Luno Talent processes candidate data obtained outside this site (LinkedIn, referrals, applications sent by email and interviews) to evaluate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to the companies that hire through us. We keep candidate data while the person is in an active process and delete it 24 months after the last contact, or earlier on request to privacy@meetluno.ai.

• Vercel: hosts this website.

• Resend: delivers the messages you send through the contact and Talent forms to our inbox.

• Google Analytics: measures how visitors use this site.

Each customer controls the data in its Luno OS workspace:

• Retention: the customer chooses how long data is kept: 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, or no limit.

• Deletion: the customer can delete individual conversations or the entire workspace, and remove members. Each user can delete their own account. A deleted workspace is purged after 30 days.

• Export: the customer can export its entire workspace at any time.

Luno keeps a list of the subprocessors that help us run Luno OS. We notify our customers at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your personal data. Send your request to privacy@meetluno.ai and tell us what it is about.

If your request is about data held in a Luno OS customer's workspace, that customer is responsible for it. We will forward your request to the customer.

• California: where the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, applies, California residents have the rights it grants.

• EU and UK: for people in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we handle personal data in line with the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

• Transfers: Luno is based in the United States. When personal data from the EU or the UK is transferred to other countries, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
